Music: Godzilla – King of the Monsters’ Main Theme (by Bear McCreary)

Bear McCreary’s been around for some time. Chances are you remember his music from Ronald Moore’s Battlestar Galactica back in 2004, particularly his version of the Jimi Hendrix classic “All Along the Watchtower”. If not, you might know him from his work on 10 Cloverfield Lane, Black Sails or my personal favorite, DaVinci’s Demons.

With Godzilla: King of the Monsters coming out at the end of May, Warner Bros. released the soundtrack for the film which includes a recreation of the classic 50’s Godzilla theme. If the movie even starts with this piece, it’ll be enough for me.

Enjoy.
